The Squash That Ate Los Angeles

Not the city.  The county.

We were hoping to feed him these squash as he starts solid food.  With a typical baby-sized serving it should take twelve years to get through them.

    When will you be picking this giant squash, and how many more are coming?

    We should be getting at least six more on that plant. We pick (with a saw) once they turn pinker, cure in the house for two weeks and then they stay in the cellar until Simon branches out into other food groups.
